Job DescriptionThe Night Shift Health and Safety Coordinator will provide authoritative guidance and on‑site support to construction and project teams during nighttime operations. The role ensures full compliance with legal and regulatory requirements and maintains a safe working environment across all activities performed during the night shift.
Key responsibilities include:
- Deliver expert support to project and construction teams, with particular focus on nighttime legal compliance, including risk assessments, audits, and responses to labor authority inspections.
- Lead and support safety committee workstreams, incident investigations, contingency planning, and job‑position adaptations required to meet safety standards during night operations.
- Plan, implement, and oversee strategic HS&E; work systems for night‑shift activities, recommending processes aligned with client expectations and regulatory guidelines.
