About the job

Goods & Services is looking for a IT Operations & Logistics Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced, service-oriented environments while managing both technical helpdesk responsibilities and cross-functional coordination tasks. The ideal candidate brings strong Windows and IT helpdesk expertise, exceptional organizational skills,



and a genuine commitment to delivering outstanding customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Candidates must be located or willing to relocate to Merida, Yucatan, Mexico.

What you’ll do:

- Serve as a point of contact for IT service desk requests across the organization, ensuring timely resolution and clear communication throughout the lifecycle of each ticket
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for Windows desktops, laptops, and peripherals including software installation, OS troubleshooting, and hardware diagnostics
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
- Execute PowerShell scripts for routine administrative tasks such as user provisioning, license management, and system reporting
- Contribute to automation and process improvement initiatives using scripting (PowerShell, Bash, or Python a plus)
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of IT assets and configurations within the IT
