Job DescriptionAs a Travel and Reception, your main focus will be to create an excellent travel and reception experience by coordinating smooth, compliant travel arrangements and ensuring a welcoming, reliable front-desk environment. Through thoughtful service, clear communication, and strong collaboration, you support colleagues and visitors, so they feel cared for and supported throughout their journey.
This on-site role reports into our People Manager and is based out of our Mexico Support Office.
A Day in the Life
Working at H&M; means no two days are ever the same, but a typical day will include the following responsibilities:
Travel Coordination & Employee Support
- You coordinate and manage business travel arrangements in line with company policies.
- You maintain relationships with travel agencies, hotels, and transport providers to secure the best value and quality of service.
- You oversee travel systems and processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and effective communication with employees.
- You provide support and guidance to travelers regarding procedures,



visa requirements, and expense processes.
- Proactively inform colleagues about travel updates, changes to bookings, and new travel rules or policies.
- Ensure that all hotel, booking, and transport facilities follow up correctly and are monitored efficiently.

Reception & Front Desk Operations
- You manage reception operations to ensure a professional, welcoming, and secure environment for visitors and employees.
- You supervise front desk activities, including visitor registration, meeting room coordination, and handling calls, mail, and deliveries
- Liaise with courier services, transport partners, travel agencies, cleaning teams, and office suppliers.
- Maintain a tidy, welcoming reception area always.
