As a Customer Success Tech Intern, you will support our Customer Success team by contributing to the implementation and support of our retail technology solutions. You will assist in collecting, analyzing, and organizing technical and customer data, gaining hands-on experience with SaaS platforms and cloud computing. 1. Assist the Customer Success Managers with monitoring customers' environments, reporting, building up, and configuring new customers' system files.
2. Capture customers’ issues/defects and work with the teams on resolutions. Follow up on open defects.
3. Participate in the design, implementation, and maintenance of new customer environments supporting a variety of applications. Work with the product team and stakeholders to help with existing requirements, adhere to timelines, and meet deliverables.
4. Collaborate with senior analysts and cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements specific to retail IT systems.
5. Assist in data collection, cleansing, and analysis using various tools and methodologies to support retail operations.
