Job DescriptionThe Compensation & Benefits Analyst plays a key role in supporting core People & Culture
processes and ensuring the effective delivery of compensation and benefits programs. This role combines datadriven
analysis with process execution, providing operational support across P&C; systems, reporting,
compensation cycles, benefits administration, and compliance. The analyst partners closely with P&C;, Payroll,
Finance, and external vendors to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows,



and help implement general and
local C&B; initiatives that align with the company's overall people strategy.
What Your Impact Will Be
- Participate in annual compensation surveys (Mercer, WTW) and analyze results to assess market
competitiveness.
- Calculate and track variable compensation payments, including quarterly Short-Term Incentive Plan (SIP)
payouts and Brazil Profit Sharing (PLR), in coordination with PCBPs, Sales Admin, Finance, and Payroll.
- Support the review and update of country-specific salary structures, ensuring alignment with market data and organizational strategy.
- Participate in regional and global Total Rewards initiatives, including the implementation of new tools and policies.
- Analyze data and develop reports, dashboards, and insights to support decision-making and optimize compensation and benefits programs.
