Role OverviewThe eCommerce Manager oversees and optimizes online marketplace operations to drive revenue growth, maintain strong account health, and ensure operational excellence across major eCommerce platforms. This role blends platform execution with strategic oversight—managing seller accounts, optimizing listings, monitoring performance metrics, resolving platform issues, and coordinating cross-functional workflows to support scalable eCommerce growth.
