MezTal is hiring a Recruiter to recruit in the U.S. This role focuses on full-cycle recruitment, from intake to onboarding, for one of the world’s leading food and support services companies. While experience in the hospitality industry is highly valued, it is not mandatory.
You will work closely with hiring managers to fill roles efficiently, offering strategic guidance, owning the candidate experience, and maintaining accurate tracking through all recruitment stages. The idóneo candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable working remotely with U.S.-based stakeholders.
You’ll mainly recruit operational and supervisory positions in the hospitality and general services sector.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct intake sessions with hiring managers to fully understand role expectations, qualifications, and urgency.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle: candidate sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, feedback collection, offer extension, and onboarding support.
- Serve as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers,



ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the hiring process.
- Maintain and update recruiting trackers daily; provide weekly reports and updates.
- Use Applicant Tracking Systems (SuccessFactors preferred, but experience with any ATS is welcome).
- Support requisition creation, job postings, and accurate reflection of organizational structures.
- Propose improvements to outreach, intake, and process efficiency based on recruiting data and best practices.
- Occasionally support or coordinate virtual and on-site hiring events.
- Collaborate closely with Talent Acquisition teams, HR, and new business teams to ensure hiring success.
- Availability to work in a hybrid manner at Mexico City.
- 2–3 years of experience in recruitment (junior to mid-level preferred).
- Proven experience recruiting for U.S.-based roles, ideally within hospitality, but not required.
- IT recruiters are not preferred — candidates may have some exp
