As a Technical Account Manager, you will act as the main technical point of contact, address any internal or external questions and issues that arise from our integrated clients (including end-users of the platforms), or escalate appropriately when necessary. Daily, you should be able to quickly troubleshoot any technical issues,



pinpoint the problem, provide a solution, and escalate to tier 2 support and/or product teams only when necessary. We are looking for critical thinkers who are keen to ensure our customers succeed

Proficiency in JS, SQL, HTML, and data analysis preferred

Previous experience or knowledge working with APIs and SDKs

Exposure or experience working with 3rd party advertising technology companies

Basic knowledge of the ad tech ecosystem, its players, and how it all works

Strong communication skills; written, verbal and listening skills

Self-starter with the ability to effectively manage time and multiple competing priorities

C1-2 English level is required

B1-2 German (may be evaluated)
