Position Overview:
The Loan Associate supports US-based loan processors by managing critical tasks for efficient loan operations. This role suits bilingual professionals with experience in mortgages, accounting,
or finance, and a strong customer service background.
Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
- Handle high volumes of phone calls (English and Spanish).
- Address inquiries and troubleshoot mortgage-related issues with a sense of urgency to resolve customer issues quickly.
Pipeline Management:
- Assist in managing the loan processing pipeline.
- Collect and organize client documents.
- Facilitate the seamless transition of loan files to subsequent stages.
Administrative Tasks:
- Order any necessary documents relating to the loan and uploading them to the CRM once complete.
- Ensure loan files meet established checklists.
- Calculate income using standardized documentation.
- Leverages a strong sense of urgency by communicating quickly and effectively via email and phone with all stakeholders.
- Manage data across tools like Salesforce, Airtable, Notion, and lender portals.
