The Colleague Experience Group (CEG), formerly known as Human Resources,
seeks to provide a great colleague experience every day.
We are looking for a Payroll Tax Specialist to join our team, and lead key processes for LAC region, also to support the ongoing strategic transformation of the team, focused on improve end-to-end Servicing experience.
Main responsibilities:
· Execute Payroll Tax and Regulatory processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting and payment to the local authorities.
· Lead reporting and payment of regulatory and tax obligations (e.g. ISN, ISR, SS). Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to proceed with reporting and payments
· Support Payroll Operations. Conduct controls and validations to ensure timely and accurate payment to colleagues.
· Support continues improvements and initiatives related to payroll and payroll tax function in the region.
· Support internal audits and external Mexico Federal and State tax authorities inquires and intimations.
