About the RoleWe are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Loss Control Regulatory Service Advocate to join our Home Office Underwriting team. In this role, you will support the Loss Control function by coordinating inspection requests, reviewing vendor reports for accuracy and quality, and ensuring billing and invoice processes are completed efficiently and accurately.
This position plays an important role in maintaining operational quality and supporting underwriting decisions through effective communication, strong attention to detail, and timely follow-up with vendors and internal stakeholders.

What You’ll Do
- Coordinate and assign inspection requests from Underwriters to external vendors
- Review inspection reports to ensure accuracy, quality, and completeness
- Analyze reports and identify discrepancies or missing information requiring follow-up
- Conduct monthly invoice and billing reviews to validate charges and ensure accuracy
- Communicate with vendors regarding billing discrepancies and required corrections
- Support underwriting operations by ensuring timely processing of inspections and documentation
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity across systems and reports
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to resolve issues efficiently
- Apply basic understanding of property and liability
