About The Role
We’re looking for a bold,
strategic Associate Director of Demand Generation - someone who thrives in the fast-moving world of SaaS and B2B marketing and knows how to make a big impact with budgets and even bigger ideas.
As an Associate Director, you will manage a team of Demand Generation Managers and will report to the Director of Demand Generation. You will support and provide leadership for your team regarding strategy and driving results for clients. This role will involve pace-setting management, constant collaboration across multiple departments, people management, and crucial client-facing moments.
Associate Directors are the most important people at Directive. They are directly responsible for both client and employee retention and their performance is directly reflected in our P&L;
What You’ll Do:
- Goal Setting: you will be responsible for setting the goals for every client engagement in your pod.
