Job Description
We're looking for an innovative Learning Designer with 3-5 years of experience to focus on the development and creation of high-quality, engaging digital learning content for our global employee base. You will be the team’s e-learning expert and creative visual designer, turning instructional concepts into polished, interactive learning experiences.
Reporting to the General Head of People Development - this role is perfect for a self-starter who is passionate about leveraging new technologies, especially Generative AI tools, to build content that is visually compelling, scalable, and highly effective.
