We are currently seeking a Monitoring Coordinator with safety experience to join our team in Querétaro. This role will work in a dynamic environment and closely collaborate with the Safety department.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and supervise the monitoring team, ensuring compliance with tracking and safety protocols.
- Perform real-time tracking of heavy equipment transportation units through GPS platforms.
- Monitor and validate compliance with routes and transit times according to company policies and customer needs.
- Manage incidents and route deviations, making timely decisions in coordination with drivers and internal areas.
- Maintain constant and effective communication with tractor-trailer drivers for operational support and incident resolution.
- Prepare performance and KPI monitoring reports, proposing improvements to control and tracking processes.
- Ensure proper use of tracking tools and train the team in their operation.
- Coordinate preventive and corrective actions in case of security incidents or GPS system failures.
- Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in monitoring heavy equipment transportation.
- At least 3 years in leadership or monitoring team coordination roles.
- Advanced knowledge of GPS systems, especially Samsara (experience with other platforms is desirable).
- Solid knowledge of transportation routes in Mexico and their main operational and security risks.
- Experience working directly with tractor-trailer operators.
- Skilled in reporting and performance indicator management.
- Intermediate/advanced Excel proficiency.
- Strong leadership skills, decision-making under pressure, and effective communication.
