Job DescriptionMain Objective:
Ensure achievement of safety, quality, delivery, and cost targets through effective resource management, along with the deployment, implementation, and maintenance of standards within assigned areas of responsibility
What challenges will you have?
- Guarantee proper identification, routing, and resolution of process and standard deviations through responsible departments.
- Facilitate the communication of all business-relevant information, cascading it down to subordinate levels and escalating it appropriately to higher levels
- Secure availability of necessary resources to meet production schedules and output targets.
- Manage and optimize operational costs within assigned responsibility areas.
- Ensure understanding and implementation of production and manufacturing standards
- Lead, motivate,



and recognize team members while ensuring their training and professional development in compliance with RIT and CCT requirements.

QualificationsWho are we looking for?
- At least 5 years of experience in Automotive Industry
- Experience dealing with Leadership Roles
- Experience working with labor relations guidelines

Technical Knowledge
- Knowledge on Lean manufacturing
- Communication and Conflict Resolution management
