About the Role:We’re looking for a Billing Analyst to join Landing You’ll report to the Billing Team Lead and play a key role in billing, collections, and account reconciliation while working closely with a team of analysts. This is the perfect role if you enjoy working with numbers, problem-solving with logic, and digging into the details to find the “needle in the haystack.”
The role will evolve as you grow: you’ll start by mastering core processes such as appeasements and credits, then expand into reconciliations, audits, and variance analysis as you develop expertise. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, high-impact environment with plenty of opportunities to learn and grow.

What You’ll Do:
- Reconcile member accounts to identify balances owed or due,



ensuring accurate revenue recognition and property payouts
- Process appeasements, refunds, and account credits with the proper approvals and documentation
- Support management with billing audits, discrepancy resolution, and variance tracking
- Partner with internal teams to troubleshoot and resolve complex billing issues quickly and effectively
- Respond to member billing inquiries (calls, emails, tickets) by providing clear breakdowns of statements and ensuring transparency

What You Need:
- Ability to work in-office (CDMX)
- Availability M–F, 9am–6pm CST
- Experience in billing or a related field (not necessarily an accountant, but comfortable working with numbers)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel or Google business suite using Google Sheets
- Flexibility to work exte
