Your key responsibilities Provide personalized attention to assigned customer by detecting specific needs and creating solutions according to what is required. Identify business growth opportunities. Developing strategies to increase company sales in Local Customers Coordinate with the related areas for pre and post-sale (development, operation and financial teams)
to ensure the correct management of each Account and to achieve the financial targets Proactive detect and generate new businesses in strategic regions. You Bring Bachelor´s degree in business, chemistry, financial or related field. 3-5 years of experience in Perfumery Industry. Proven experience in Sales and Distribution business. Strategic thinking and commercial mindset. Good team player that promotes collaboration. Effective communication skills and ability to create strong relationship. Ability to develop strategic plans, prioritize and implement actions to achieve targets and objectives. Fluent in English (written and spoken).
