Role Overview




Responsible for designing training strategies and plans to ensure that staff have the necessary knowledge to perform their functions and support the achievement of objectives; generate and carry out Organizational Development strategies focused on supporting organizational processes.

Work Environment: On site
Key Responsibilities:
· Support in the design and execution of the training program

· Ensure compliance with the standards applicable to the organization (STPS, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, Legal Requirements, etc.) related to training processes, and OD.

· Manage the administration of the DNCs of all the positions in the organization.

· Support the Job Onboarding Checklist process

· Responsible for the Onboarding Program

· Develop the Annual Training Program

· Generate procedures and guidelines for training processes and support internal processes for the proper administration of the quality and environmental system, etc.

· Generate training indicators on a monthly basis.
