This role requires advanced knowledge of financial systems and tools, including Power BI and SQL, and the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.

you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy of a fast-growing integral company. Reporting to the FP&A; Manager based in Canada, you will transform complex data into clear insights, support strategic planning, and collaborate with business leaders to influence decision-making and drive performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Budget Preparation and Management:
- Prepare, plan, and support the entire budgeting process, including identifying optimizations and rationalizing budget needs.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and comprehensive budget planning.
- Financial Analysis, Reporting and Presentation:
- Conduct variance analysis to explain financial results and trends, and provide detailed project-specific account analysis.
- Prepare monthly and annual financial reports, including internal reporting packages and presentations for senior management.
- Develop and prepare quarterly presentations for the management and the Board of Directo
