This role helps keep departmental work organized and progressing smoothly across time zones by coordinating project tracking, documentation, vendor activities, meetings, logistics, and operational follow-through. Working within Creative Operations, the Coordinator supports creative and production initiatives from intake through delivery by maintaining visibility into timelines, workflows, and communication while reinforcing standardized processes and systems.
