Role Overview:
As a Media Buyer, you will be responsible for managing and scaling paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok. You’ll combine analytical rigor with creative insight to test, optimize, and scale campaigns that acquire customers efficiently while maximizing ROAS and overall LTV. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role where you’ll collaborate closely with our creative, influencer, and growth teams to deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta and TikTok with a focus on customer acquisition and revenue growth.
- Continuously A/B test creatives, copy, audiences, and bidding strategies to maximize performance.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, adjusting targeting, budgets, and creatives for optimal results.
- Work closely with the creative team to provide feedback on ad concepts and ensure alignment with performance goals.




- Develop reporting dashboards and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
- Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging ad formats on Meta and TikTok.
- Manage budgets effectively to ensure spend aligns with growth targets and profitability goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (influencer, affiliate, retention, CRO) to create a full-funnel marketing strategy.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of paid social buying experience, with a proven track record of scaling Meta and TikTok campaigns.
- Deep understanding of performance marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, LTV, MER, CTR, etc.).
- Experience managing monthly ad spends of $100k+ across Meta and TikTok.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Ads Manager, TikTok Business Center, Google Analytics, and reporting tools.
- Ability to interpret data into clear, actionable insights.
