Sales Administrator (Onsite – Santa Catarina, Mexico)
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our U.S.-based sales team through administrative support, CRM management, order processing, and internal coordination. You will also occasionally interact directly with customers via email, chat,
or phone to assist with inquiries, provide updates, or resolve minor issues.
This is an onsite position based in our Santa Catarina, Mexico office, requiring strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a proactive, organized approach.
Areas of Responsibility
Sales Administration Support

- Maintain and update CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, Odoo, HubSpot) with accurate sales data
- Prepare and process sales quotes, invoices, purchase orders, and contracts
- Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, finance, operations) to support the sales cycle
- Track order statuses, follow up on pending documentation, and support reporting needs
- Manage sales documentation and ensure compliance with internal processes
Customer Engagement (Occasional)
