Job Description
- Role Model and leader of Quality Driven Culture. Primary Voice of customer in the plant.
- Communicate and inspire to implement quality ownership by everyone.
- Responsible disciplinary head for plant quality teams and for overall plant quality performance per the agreed relevant customer, internal and supplier KPIs.




- The Head of Quality is responsible for defining, leading, and continuously improving the Quality Management System (QMS) across the plant/campus. This role ensures product and process excellence, compliance with customer requirements (e.g., OEMs), and adherence to international standards (e.g., IATF 16949, ISO 9001).
- The position acts as a key strategic partner to Operations, Engineering, and Supply Chain, driving a zero-defect culture, customer satisfaction, and operational performance through data-driven quality management and continuous improvement.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical or similar Engineering
- Master Degree (desirable)
- Advanced English
- Experience:
- 10 + years in Automotive Industry
- In Senior Leadership (Head / Manager)
- In multi sites management
- In OEMs (Tier1)
- In Audits & Manufacturing Projects
- Knowledge:
- IATF 16949 (advanced)
- APQP, PPAP, FMEA,
