We are looking for a Senior Functional Consultant / Business Analyst with strong experience in Discovery and requirements gathering, capable of leading strategic sessions with stakeholders in the United States.




This role is critical to understanding client needs, translating them into clear functional solutions, and leading discovery sessions to ensure proper scope definition and project alignment. The adecuado candidate will have excellent English communication skills, strong analytical thinking, and experience working in international environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders (primarily in the United States).
- Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for business and functional needs.
- Translate client needs into user stories, use cases, and clear functional specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and scope definition sessions.
