What Your Impact Will Be
Performance Reporting & Analytics
- Support consolidation of regional performance data (revenue, margin, A&P;, forecasts) into standardized reports
- Analyze trends to identify risks and opportunities and highlight key insights for leadership
- Assist in preparing materials for business reviews (monthly, quarterly) and planning cycles
- Ensure accuracy and consistency of KPIs and reporting definitions across regions
Commercial Planning Support
- Coordinate inputs from regions to support annual operating plan (AOP) and long-range planning processes
- Maintain planning templates, trackers, and documentation to ensure alignment and transparency
- Track A&P; spend against guidelines and flag variances
Operating Rhythm & Process Coordination
- Support execution of the commercial marketing calendar (e.g., monthly reviews, QBRs)
- Prepare agenda
