1. Role Overview Mercor is seeking bilingual English–Dutch language experts to contribute to a translation review project with a top-tier AI research organization. Experts will evaluate AI-generated Dutch content, ensuring it reflects fluent, natural phrasing as commonly used across Latin America. This opportunity supports the development of culturally accurate AI systems. The engagement is project-based.
2. Key Responsibilities
- Review and validate AI-generated Dutch translations for fluency and accuracy
- Identify unnatural or awkward phrasing and provide more idiomatic alternatives
- Ensure language reflects contemporary usage and norms in Latin America
- Spot and correct mistranslations, ambiguity, or tone issues
- Provide structured feedback on linguistic quality and localization

Idóneo Qualifications
- Native or near-native fluency in both Dutch and English
- 1+ year of experience in translation, localization, or language QA
- High attention to detail and fast reading comprehension
- Strong communication skills for written feedback
