What will you do?• Manage and control warehouse process (inbound, picking, inventory) with a high standard of responsibility, keeping safety, quality and productivity KPI.• Responsible of inventory accuracy and cycle count plan.• Lead groups in order to reach productivity and safety guidelines (factory workers).• Good communication with team members of different areas ( procurement, production team, planner, external warehouse , etc.).• Available to roll shifts and cover weekend activities.• Cultivate a positive workplace climate that encourages collaboration, open communication, and mutual respect among team members.
