About the RoleThis role is adecuado for someone who thrives at the intersection of strategy, execution,



and technical problem-solving. As a Performance Marketing & Operations Specialist, you will manage and optimize paid media campaigns across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube, and similar platforms while also supporting SEO efforts, email systems, and website operations for multiple clients.
You will serve as a technical point of contact on the team—helping navigate tools, troubleshoot systems, and understand each client’s tech stack. Strong task management, curiosity, and a self-starter mindset are essential, as this role involves continuous learning and collaboration with creative, strategy, and client service teams.
