Role Overview:
We’re seeking a seasoned Account Director to take the lead on customer lifecycle strategy across multiple high-growth client accounts. This is a strategic leadership role—adecuado for someone who has partnered with large,



complex brands and knows what exceptional lifecycle marketing looks like from the inside out.
You should be comfortable owning both the strategic vision and tactical execution of enterprise-level retention programs—guiding planning, overseeing performance, and pushing for continuous growth. We want someone who’s not just followed a roadmap but has helped build it—someone who’s been in the room with key stakeholders, crafted the strategy, and driven it to results.

Your responsibilities:
