As we transition from a service-oriented model to a product-driven platform, we are expanding our remote team. We are looking for a Qualitative Team Lead to lead a team of 5-8 Senior Project Managers, ensuring the successful execution of client projects, while maintaining high levels of client satisfaction, and driving operational excellence. In this role, you will serve as a key liaison between clients and internal teams,
ensuring all projects align with business objectives and client expectations.

How You’ll Make an Impact:

- Lead and coach Senior Project Managers to deliver high-quality qualitative research at speed, meeting client expectations and enabling better, connected insights.
- Translate client objectives into clear qualitative research plans, actionable execution strategies, and measurable outcomes.
- Build and maintain a culture of client-first execution and continuous improvement- developing, coaching, and retaining a high-performing team that meets Konovo’s standards for service excellence.
