In April 2022, we announced that we are creating a new lower-priced, ad-supported tier for our customers. We are now working toward providing more choices for consumers and a premium, better-than-linear TV brand experience for advertisers. That said, we are looking for the founding members who will be instrumental in shaping this new business area for Netflix
Responsibilities
- Establish and foster working relationships with key partners and clients
- Build on the strengths of the Netflix portfolio of product offerings to close new business while renewing and up-selling existing clients to maximize revenue
- Prepare proposals and respond to RFP’s with a high degree of professionalism, quality and in a timely manner
- Work with Netflix Ad Sales Product, Marketing,
Research, and Revenue Yield Management to ensure that client’s needs are being met
- Negotiate pricing, advertising placement, content and event concepts
- Develop sales strategies and sales plans for assigned accounts
- Create and deliver powerful and persuasive presentations to clients
- Prospect, identify and qualify new clients
- Stay current on video advertising trends and innovations
- Position requires travel based on agency and client location
Qualifications
- 8+ years of advertising sales experience
- Proven strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data and translate it into specific and measurable tactics, actions, and outcomes
- Highly skilled in negotiating and selling the intrinsic value of a premium offering to customers
- Problem solver with the ability to collaborate and work across functions
- Prospecting and cold calling skills necessary
