We currently have an amazing opportunity for a Department Assistant role within our Global Shared Services Center in Mexico, a location strategy to deliver scaled services and a consistent employee experience.

Our team of LATAM Department Assistants (DAs) are full-time Netflix employees, based in Mexico, who are qualified to provide who are qualified to provide seamless delivery of remote administrative support services, maximizing productivity and effectiveness for our stakeholders and the administrative community at Netflix. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, quick-thinking, adaptable,



and able to juggle multiple and diverse responsibilities with a strong emphasis on organization and unwavering attention to detail at all times. This is a demanding, fast-moving position that requires someone who can build strong business rapport, exercise good judgment, display significant initiative, and have excellent communication skills.

Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Efficiently manage complex calendars for executives
- Scheduling meetings & calls, internally & externally across multiple time zones
- Taking notes in meetings and circulating information to the broader team
- Coordinate travel arrangements (domestic and international) and other administrative duties (i.e. processing travel and expense reports)
- Heavy communication internally and externally
- Creating slide deck presentations and documents using Google Suite
- The ability to assist with team projects, events, and/or offsites as needed
