Job DescriptionWe are looking for:
Senior Financial Analyst (Project Controlling)
Main Job Purpose
This position is responsible to provide financial support to the Senior Manager, Project Controlling. Will indirectly support the project core team to ensure that all project controlling functions are performed accurately on a timely basis and in accordance with KOSTAL’s standards .
Primary Responsibilities
*Support with all SAP-PS related task including: Creating customer projects using a standard structure, loading budgets, review and release budget supplements, creating WBS elements for tools and capital equipment
*Support with all SAP-PS issues escalated by the Project Organization
*Support with all related tasks in other SAP modules & systems
*Review and approve purchase requisitions
*Ensure correct and timely collection of presente cost on projects
*Charge internal hours to projects monthly
*Drive project cash management by adhering to Project Budgets and project plans
*Support business case calculations
*Support the implementation of new project controlling concepts and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business; Finance or Administration Major preferred
- More than 8 years of experience in Budgets structures for Projects and product development in the Automotive Industry
- English Advanced ( the position reports directly to USA)
- Excellent Knowledge of SAP (CO, PS, SD, BW)
- Advanced Excel Skills and experience in Microsoft Office products
- Organization, prioritization, problem solving, and time management skills
- Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Attention to detail and appreciation of deadlines is essential
- Ability to be a team player and work under pressure.
