The Role
We are seeking a strategic and execution-focused leader to drive Mexico City Hub Operations and oversee end-to-end launch operations across Games, Live, and Streaming. This role will be responsible for scaling and optimizing our hub capabilities and managing highly complex, multi-disciplinary launches while ensuring seamless execution at scale.

Leading a growing team of 20+ ICs, including two direct-report managers, this leader will architect operational strategies and develop high-impact processes that power integral operations. The ideal candidate is a systems thinker with a proven ability to drive operational excellence, build and maintain high-performing teams, and optimize resource allocation in a high-velocity environment.





This role demands deep cross-functional leadership, bridging gaps and addressing opportunities across Games, Live, Streaming, and Ads. The right leader will be comfortable navigating ambiguity and risk, making data-driven decisions when necessary, and developing strong leaders who can elevate our hub capabilities.

What You’ll Do
- Build strong relationships with Product Discovery and Promotion local leaders in UCAN and LATAM, as well as leadership across Live and Games, to ensure alignment and smooth collaboration across some of our most complex slates.
- Lead and support two managers and their teams, giving them the guidance, tools, and support they need to succeed and grow.
- Oversee the execution of Games, Live, and Streaming launches, making sure they run efficiently and deliver a great experience for our members and the business.
