About the RoleOur client is seeking a Paid Media Specialist to join our team and drive paid advertising strategies for multiple high-profile accounts. This role focuses on internal collaboration with Marketing Advisors and project teams to implement campaigns, optimize performance,



and contribute to strategic growth. One of the hires may take on a senior role to lead and mentor other paid media specialists.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute paid media strategies across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Local) and Facebook/Instagram Ads
- Collaborate with Marketing Advisors, developers, and project managers to align campaigns with business goals
- Allocate budgets effectively and monitor pacing to maximize ROI
- Generate reports, analyze performance data, and provide actionable insights
- Write ad copy and support basic creative production (e.g., Canva for display ads)
- Set up tracking and analytics (Google Tag Manager, conversion tracking, landing page collaboration)
- Mentor and support junior paid media specialists (senior hire only)
- Stay updated on platform changes, industry trends, and new opportunities for performance improvement
- 5+ years of experience in paid media
