You will join our Team Network Planning North America where you can make an impact by helping us shape our bus network, drive the company to the next level, and have the most direct influence on our success. The position is based in our Mexico City office.
About you

- Manage a portfolio of Intercity Bus lines, scheduling the routes as well as planning bus and driver rotations
- Coordinate your line portfolio with stakeholders such as business development, revenue management and others, to ensure smooth line starts and operations
- Conduct quantitative analysis and derive conclusions from various data sets to make informed decisions
- Present ideas as well as figures in an informative and relevant way to update your team and stakeholders
- You have strong bias for action – always striving to bring your portfolio of lines to its most optimal state
About the role

- Bachelor’s/master’s degree in business, transportation, urban planning, geography, economics or a related field
- 6 months+ of work experience in transportation/supply planning, project management, or a related field in a fast-paced, business-driven environment.
- Good understanding of the North American transportation landscape, including socio-geographical dynamics and market specifics
- Strong analytical and modelling skills to tackle and solve complex transportation and planning challenges
- Good communication skills, ensuring efficient and effective collaboration across diverse groups
- Organized and autonomous, have a team and customer-oriented working style and consider yourself a travel enthusiast with a proactive attitude towards challenges
- Fluent in both English and in Spanish
