We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Accountant with proven experience in fast month-end close, bank and account reconciliations, balance sheet preparation, and financial statement reporting. This role requires solid knowledge of Accounts Payable and U.S. payroll processes, along with the ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete accurate and timely month-end and year-end closings.
- Prepare and review bank reconciliations and general ledger account reconciliations.
- Maintain and ensure the accuracy of balance sheets and financial statements in compliance with U.S. GAAP.
- Manage Accounts Payable operations and ensure proper invoice processing.
- Process U.S. payroll accurately and in compliance with regulations.
- Support internal and external audits by providing required reports and documentation.
- Recommend and implement process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- 3+ years of accounting experience including month-end close, reconciliations,



and financial reporting.
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable and U.S. payroll.
- Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP/accounting systems (SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in a multinational environment.
- Familiarity with ERP systems and process automation.
