Position Overview:

We’re Hiring: Market Analytics Specialist (Hybrid or Remote – Mexico City or Guadalajara)
Are you passionate about solving complex technical challenges, supporting enterprise clients, and improving systems that drive real impact? Join our engineering team as a Market Analytics Specialist, where you’ll combine client-facing support with engineering excellence to ensure platform scalability, reliability, and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues from senior external clients and internal stakeholders.

Mentor junior support team members and serve as escalation point for Level 1 issues.

Develop and refine SRE strategies to optimize platform operations.

Automate recurring processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risks.

Participate in on-call rotations and incident response when necessary.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to influence roadmap and client experience improvements.

Document runbooks, write scripts/snippets for debugging, and contribute to internal tools.

Qualifications:

1+ year of experience in support, platform operations, or market analytics.

Proficiency in Java and/or Python for scripting, debugging API calls, and client tooling.

Basic understanding of UI/API integration and systems troubleshooting.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills—comfortable interfacing with clients and stakeholders.

Proactive, team-oriented mindset with strong accountability.
