Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Produce engaging content such as blog posts, videos, social media posts, and employee testimonials that highlight our company culture and values.
- Social Media Management: Manage and optimize our social media presence to engage with potential candidates and build a talent community.
- Employer Branding: Enhance and maintain our company’s presence on employer review sites and job boards to attract top talent.




- Event Support: Assist in planning and coordinating recruitment events, career fairs, and webinars to connect with prospective candidates.
- High School Diploma
- At least 6 months of experience in recruitment field or a related role.
- Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to create compelling and engaging content.
- Proficiency in using social media platforms.
- Creative mindset with a passion for branding and storytelling.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Experience in employer branding and talent engagement strategies is a plus.
