We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with strong expertise in PHP and TypeScript to design, build, and operate scalable, reliable systems and infrastructure.
In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality software solutions that meet performance, scalability, and availability goals, while driving engineering excellence through automation, observability, and collaboration. You will lead by example through strong technical design, effective incident management, and mentorship, ensuring system resilience and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend systems and fullstack applications using PHP and TypeScript.
- Build and operate highly available,
reliable services that meet performance and uptime requirements.
- Lead technical design and architecture discussions, ensuring best practices and scalability.
- Implement and enhance observability (logging, monitoring, tracing) to improve system reliability.
- Drive automation across development, testing, and deployment processes.
- Participate in and lead incident management, including root cause analysis and post-mortems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA) to deliver end-to-end solutions.
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and cost efficiency.
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
- Contribute to improving engineering standards, processes, and tooling.
