The Field Marketing Specialist (FMS) is responsible for building the local face of Red Bull in their field in the most relevant way and in line with the general and national strategies and priorities. They build strong local networks including opinion-leaders and key influencers both online (social media) and offline. They create and implement marketing initiatives in the four key pillars of the marketing mix (Consumer Collecting, Sports, Culture and Communications) leveraging On Premise, Off Premise and New Business opportunities and encompassing local needs and specificities and therefore impacting the heart of local consumers, ultimately leading to the successful development of the business. The Field Marketing Manager is constantly out "in the field" to make things happen,

Job DescriptionKEY RESPONSIBILITY:
STRATEGIC DIRECTION & BRAND PRIORITIES
- Effectively execute the brand strategy, adapting it to the local context and identifying new opportunities.
- Ensure a deep understanding of consumers and competitors in the region, contributing to the development of ideas and action plans that continue to build brand image and improve local consumer understanding of the product.
- Work closely with the local sales team to ensure product availability at every field marketing activity.
- Collaborate with the national marketing team in the development of the annual marketing plan for the region.
