Eatonu2019s IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Sr Program Manager (Level II). nnEaton announced, on January 26, 2026, the intent to separate its Mobility Group (including both the Vehicle and eMobility segments) into an independent, publicly traded company. We expect to complete the separation by the end of the first quarter of 2027. Responsible for the successful execution and implementation of the NPD Program(s) and projects and their budget allocation. Lead the Product Team(s) to drive customer satisfaction, continuous improvement and life of the program financial performance by managing customer programs, contracts, and business relationships. nB.



Participates as a key member of plant manageru2019s staff in all critical decisions impacting facility. n nESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: nnA. Manages the Profit and Loss of the NPD Program(s) and projects. Responsibility, Authority and Accountability (RAA) for every project scope delivery and successful execution within technical, schedule, cost and quality commitments.nnB. Execution and leadership across the Program. Seeks team input to promote rapid resolution to issues. Coaches and provides feedback/rewards on performance indicators.nnC.
