Position Overview

The Operations Manager is responsible for planning, directing, and optimizing day-to-day manufacturing and distribution operations. This role ensures achievement of production, quality, safety, delivery, and cost objectives while leading cross-functional teams to meet customer and business requirements. The Operations Manager partners closely with Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, and Commercial teams to align operational execution with overall business strategy.

- Oversee daily, weekly, and monthly production schedules to meet demand, delivery, and service targets.
- Adjust labor, equipment,



and capacity plans based on forecast changes.
- Quality & Continuous Improvement:

- Ensure compliance with product quality standards and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and improve throughput.
- People Management:

- Recruit, train, and develop supervisors and hourly employees.
- Manage performance reviews, succession planning, and workforce planning.
- Safety & Compliance:

- Ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead safety audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.
- Logistics & Inventory Management:

- Coordinate shipping, warehousing, and inventory levels to support on-time delivery and cost efficiency.
