Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in hiring caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, nurses, or other healthcare support staff. In this role, you will source, evaluate,



and manage candidates across multiple recruitment channels, ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and care.
You will work directly with our team to understand staffing needs, maintain healthy candidate pipelines, and ensure fast, effective recruitment processes — all while delivering a positive experience for clients and caregivers.
This is a role for someone proactive, organized, empathetic, and highly skilled in healthcare talent acquisition, especially in fast-paced home care environments.

Key Responsibilities● Source and attract qualified caregivers, CNAs, HHAs, and healthcare support professionals using Indeed, LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, referrals, and healthcare job boards.
● Conduct interviews, screenings, and background checks, ensuring candidates meet state, compliance, and quality-of-care standards.
● Maintain and grow a pipeline of active and passive healthcare candida
