About the RoleIn this role,



you will act as the primary point of contact for clients across multiple active Salesforce projects. You will lead discovery sessions, manage requirements, control scope, and ensure projects move forward efficiently.
This is a highly client-facing role, where communication is the most critical skill. You will work closely with small business clients, helping them understand project scope, managing expectations, and navigating challenges such as out-of-scope requests or project changes.
You will typically manage 10–20+ concurrent projects, requiring strong organization, prioritization, and the ability to identify risks early. While technical Salesforce knowledge is important, deep technical expertise is not required, as internal teams handle complex configurations and integrations.
