As a Sr. Engagement Manager at Coupa,
you will implement the Coupa solution at various client sites. Whether the projects are executed directly by the Professional Services team or in collaboration with our network of implementation partners, you will ensure the successful 'go-live' of the customer.
As the ambassador of system expertise and best practices aligned with customer business goals, you will manage reporting, risk analysis, and resource alignment for project delivery, both individually and collaboratively on and off client sites, with potential travel up to 50% of the time.
