Job DescriptionWhat Your Impact Will Be
Develops Master Graphics and Toolkits based on brand visual guidelines provided by the LATAM Marketing team. This role is highly relevant, as the in-store materials we develop and execute—both for physical and digital commerce—are built from these core assets.
Your main activities
- Standardization & Efficiency: Ensures the standardization of graphic materials across LATAM, streamlining execution timelines for local teams.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:



Coordinates and negotiates with key stakeholders including Marketing, Sales, and external agencies, ensuring consistency, adherence to brand guidelines, and delivery within agreed timelines.
- Adaptation & Localization: Works closely with field teams to adapt materials to various formats and countryspecific needs.
- Brand Store Development: Leads the design and development of Brand Stores for key LATAM clients, aligning with commercial strategy and visual identity standards across digital platforms.
- Creativity & Differentiation: Proposes innovative visual solutions that enhance brand differentiation at the point of sale.
- Execution Feasibility: Partners with local visual merchandising teams in each country to assess the feasibility and effectiveness of materials in retail environments.
