JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Events Coordinator to assist in planning and executing conferences, tradeshows, and internal events. This role involves logistical support, vendor coordination, and hands-on event execution. The adecuado candidate has strong organizational skills, a passion for event planning, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

​​Role and Responsibilities​

· Planning and coordinating conferences and tradeshows, including securing venues, managing exhibitor requirements, and ensuring compliance with event specifications.
· Handle logistics such as registration, shipping, booth setup, audiovisual requirements, and catering arrangements.
· Communicate with vendors, sponsors, and exhibitors to manage event needs and deadlines.
· Track and manage event budgets to ensure all expenses align with financial goals.
· Support the preparation and distribution of marketing materials and promotional campaigns.
· Help plan and execute the logistics of Sales & Marketing Team internal events, including staff meetings, training sessions,



and team-building activities.
· Maintain event calendars, timelines, and checklists to ensure smooth operations.
· Prepare and distribute pre-event and on-site materials such as attendee lists, badges, and agendas.
· Assist in on-site event setup, execution, and teardown when required.
· Gather post-event feedback from attendees, stakeholders, and team members to identify areas for improvement.
· Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in conference and tradeshow management.
· Follow standard operating procedures; provide feedback on procedures for process improvement.
· Assist team with problem resolution.
· Travel up to 20% of your time.

Required Qualification & Education

· 0-2 years Marketing experience
· Strong documentation, presentation, and communication skills
· University Degree
· Mexican Passport and US Travel Visa
