MissionAs an Account Manager at SAMY, you will play a key leadership role in managing client relationships and overseeing the successful delivery of integrated, social-first campaigns. You will act as the strategic link between clients and internal multidisciplinary teams, ensuring excellence in execution, strong commercial performance, and impactful results. This role requires a strong strategic mindset, leadership capabilities, and deep understanding of digital and social ecosystems.
Job DescriptionAccount & Client Leadership
- Serve as the primary strategic point of contact for assigned clients, building strong and trusted relationships.
- Understand client business objectives and translate them into clear, actionable campaign strategies.
- Lead client meetings, presentations, and strategic discussions.
- Ensure client satisfaction while proactively identifying growth opportunities.
Strategic Campaign Oversight
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated social-first campaigns across multiple disciplines.
- Collaborate with strategy, creative, influencer, and data teams to define campaign direction and KPIs.
- Ensure all deliverables align with brand positioning, tone of voice, and business objectives.
Team Coordination & Leadership
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution.
