What You Will Do

- Lead the identification and selection of influencers that align with our clients' target audiences and campaign objectives.
- Collaborate with the Lead to develop and execute comprehensive influencer campaigns, ensuring seamless coordination between influencers, internal teams, and clients.




- Oversee the creation and delivery of branded content, including overseeing the adherence to brand guidelines and coordinating with influencers and internal teams to achieve desired outcomes.
- Support the Senior Overseer in analyzing campaign performance, extracting key insights, and providing strategic recommendations for future campaigns.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in influencer marketing, and share relevant insights with the team.
- Support mentoring and guiding Associate-level team members, providing support and sharing knowledge to help them grow in their roles.
- The primary focus of this role is the Influencer & Branded Content channel, ensuring excellence in strategy, execution, and performance. However, responsibilities may extend across other media channels as needed to support broader campaign objectives and business priorities
